Invoices, the bank, driver pay and the monthly report — in the same place your cars, drivers and renewals already live. VAT included in the price; billed on the 5th, like every other fleet.
What Standard is
Each of these is a page the portal serves today. Nothing on this list is a plan for later.
- Invoicing — your clients, your invoice numbering, your invoices sent and tracked from the portal
- Bank statements imported and reconciled, account by account, against what the month should have brought in
- Driver pay per month with the real loaded cost — arbetsgivaravgift, holiday pay and pension counted, not guessed
- Monthly driver reports chased, checked and approved, with the VAT position stated
- Everything in Basic underneath it: cars, drivers, renewals watched, expenses, fuel cards, and prepaid Förare trips settled to your company
Per vehicle, per month. The 25 % VAT is inside that price and stated on every invoice.
Whenever you start, your first payment covers the days until the next 5th. After that it is one charge a month.
Monthly. Cancel any time; it ends at the end of the paid month.
Where Standard stands today
Invoicing and bank reconciliation are open to every verified fleet right now while the office set is completed; they belong to Standard, and subscribing keeps your fleet on them without interruption when the plan takes over. Driver contracts and payslips from the approved monthly report are next, and they are not here yet. Premium — our own dispatch system, the Uber and Bolt integrations, custom development — is still set up per fleet: talk to us about it.
