Basic is free and stays free. Standard is 119 kr per vehicle per month with the 25 % VAT included, billed on the 5th — your first payment covers the days until then — and monthly: cancel any time from your plan page and it ends at the end of the paid month. Premium is still configured per fleet, so instead of a price it gets a conversation: tell us what you run and what you are expecting, and we come back with what it looks like for you.

What we ask of a connected åkeri
The portal itself is open to any Swedish åkeri. Receiving Förare trips needs the operation behind them verified — ours as well as yours, checked by hand before the first trip.
Taxitrafiktillstånd
Your transport permit, valid and in the company's name. Förare trips run under it, so it is the first thing we verify.
F-skattsedel
We are buying fulfilment from a business, not employing anyone. F-skatt is what makes that clean for both sides.
Company insurance
Liability cover for the operation, alongside each vehicle's own insurance.
Licensed cars and drivers
Cars with working taximeters reporting to a redovisningscentral, valid besiktning and insurance. Drivers with körkort and taxiförarlegitimation — each verified in their own portal.
Your drivers' identity documents never pass through your hands on the way — each driver verifies their own, in their own portal, and you see only the status.

An email address and a password. We send a code to confirm the address is really yours.

Name and organisationsnummer, plus the three documents: taxitrafiktillstånd, F-skattsedel and company insurance, each with its expiry date.
How you get paid
The company account we settle to. Förare pays the åkeri — never your drivers directly.
Send for review
We check the documents by hand and come back to you. Then add your cars and invite your drivers.

What does it cost?
Basic is free, and it is not a trial: the whole management portal, plus receiving Förare trips. Standard is the office half — invoicing, bank import and reconciliation, driver pay and the monthly reports — at 119 kr per vehicle per month with VAT included, billed on the 5th and cancellable any time from your plan page. Pick your fleet size on the Standard page and it quotes the monthly total before you pay. Premium adds our dispatch system, the Uber and Bolt integrations and development built for your operation; that one is still set up per fleet, so tell us what you run and we will come back with what it looks like.
Do I have to take Förare trips to use the portal?
No. The management side — cars, drivers, renewals, expenses, reports — works for your whole operation whether a trip came from Förare, Bolt, Uber or your own phone. Förare trips are a source of prepaid work, not a condition.
Do my drivers need their own accounts?
Yes — each driver runs their own portal, where they accept trips, file their monthly report, see their earnings and verify their own licences. Drivers who have already signed up and named your åkeri appear for you to confirm the moment your company is registered.
Do we have to accept every Förare trip?
No. Every trip is an offer to a driver, declinable per trip. Declines are recorded.
Is this exclusive?
No. Your cars and drivers keep working with Bolt, Uber, your own customers — anyone. That is the point of putting all of it in one picture.
Is there anything to install?
No. The portal is a website — it works in any browser, on any machine. Adding it to a phone's home screen is a convenience, not a requirement, and there is nothing to download from an app store.
