What happens if my flight is delayed?
Nothing you need to act on. We watch your flight's live arrival time and move your pickup to match — early or late. Your 45 minutes of free waiting start when your driver confirms arrival at the pickup, never before your flight-adjusted pickup time.
Is the price really fixed?
Yes. The price you see before booking is the price on your receipt — including 6% VAT. No terminal fee, no night surcharge, no surge. One price for the whole car, not per person.
How do I find my driver?
At the latest 90 minutes before pickup you get your driver's name, phone number and licence plate. For arrivals, your driver messages you the exact pickup point when you land — and you have their number.
Can I cancel?
Free cancellation up to 12 hours before pickup — refunded in full to your payment method.
