Booked, not chased
Booked and paid before it reaches you. No circling a terminal, no bidding against the car next to you.
Nothing is assigned to you
Fare, route and pickup time are on the offer before you touch it. Accept or decline — nothing moves without your say.
The flight is our problem
We watch the flight number before every pickup. If it lands late, the pickup moves with it and the new time comes from us.
Agreed up front, paid on a date you can plan around.
We would rather tell you exactly how payment works than advertise a number you might never reach.
The fare is fixed before the trip
The passenger pays a fixed price and your share is on the offer. Traffic on the E4 does not change what you earn, in either direction.
No-shows are paid in full
Wait 30 minutes from the pickup time, report it in the app, and the trip pays as if it ran. Waiting for someone who never comes is still work.
Settled monthly, visibly
Everything settled in a month is paid at its end. Your earnings page shows the next payout and every one already made, with its reference — a late payment is something you can point at.
Paid to the company, not the person
We pay the company whose licence the car runs under — your own firm, or your åkeri. Invoiced at 6% VAT. Nothing in this chain is cash in hand, ever.

Add it to your home screen
No App Store listing yet — but Safari installs Förare Taxi as a real app. As far as your phone is concerned, it is one.

- 2Tap the Share icon in the toolbar — the square with an arrow pointing up.
- 3Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
- 4Tap Add in the top right, then sign in.
What you need, and how it goes
All four are things a working Stockholm taxi driver already has. Nothing is submitted until you press the button yourself.
Körkort — A valid Swedish driving licence, with its expiry date.
Taxiförarlegitimation — Valid and in your name. This one is not negotiable and never will be.
A licensed taxi vehicle — With a working taximeter reporting to a redovisningscentral. Your own, or one your åkeri assigns you.
A company with F-skatt — Your own firm, or the åkeri you drive for. We pay the company that holds the licence.

Create the account
An email address and a password. We send a code to confirm the address is yours. Under a minute — the rest can wait until you have looked around inside.
Profile and documents
Name, personnummer, the languages you speak and the areas you want to drive. Then körkort and taxiförarlegitimation, each with its expiry date.
Car and company
Your own firm or the åkeri you drive for, and the car. A licensed car with a working taximeter has to be linked to your profile before an offer can reach you.
Send for verification
We check every document by hand — and if something is wrong we say which thing, not just “rejected”. After that, offers start arriving and you work from driver.forare.eu.
Where we actually are
Förare is new. We are starting around Arlanda and Stockholm, and we are not going to quote you a monthly figure or a number of trips we cannot stand behind yet — you have heard those before, from people who could not stand behind them either.
What we can tell you is how it is built: a Swedish taxitrafiktillstånd, a founder who drives the work himself, and every trip prepaid before it reaches a driver. Joining early means the volume is still growing — and it means being on the roster first when it is not.
Questions drivers ask
Do I need my own car?
No. If you drive for an åkeri, they hold the vehicle and you skip that step entirely — name the company instead and they confirm you from their side.
What happens if the passenger never appears?
You wait 30 minutes from the pickup time, then report the no-show in the app. It is paid in full.
I drive for an åkeri — who actually pays me?
They do. Förare settles monthly with the company whose licence the car runs under; if that is your åkeri, they pay you on the terms you have with them. Your earnings page still shows everything that has settled on our side, so the numbers are never only theirs.
What does it cost to join?
Nothing. There is no joining fee and no monthly fee to drive.
