Many properties around Åkersberga and toward the Österåker archipelago edge sit on private roads or shared tracks where the postal address doesn't map cleanly to what a driver sees on the ground — a named road with no visible house numbers, a turn-off that isn't signed, a gate some distance from the house itself.

When you book, add whatever extra detail you have: the property name if it has one, a description of the turn-off, a nearby landmark like a specific junction or a neighbour's clearly numbered house. It costs nothing to over-describe the location, and it means the last few hundred metres go smoothly instead of becoming a phone call from the car.

It's common to land, do a food shop on the way through, and arrive at the house with several bags beyond the suitcases you flew in with. If you know in advance you'll be carrying more than a normal luggage load — coolers, boxes, a case of drinks — mention it in the booking notes so the right vehicle category is confirmed before pickup rather than assumed.
