Arlanda to Sköndal: Students Arriving for the University College Campus

Sköndal's student housing is spread across a few different blocks and corridors, and a building number alone doesn't always tell a driver which entrance to use. If you have a housing confirmation with a specific entrance, corridor letter or door code, put it in the booking notes — it saves working it out on arrival when you're carrying everything you own and don't yet know the area.

If a few of you are landing around the same time — on the same flight or close together — one larger car can take you all to the same student housing block for one fixed price, split however you agree between yourselves. The Standard category takes up to four passengers with a reasonable luggage budget; for more people or heavier semester luggage, the SUV / XL category has more seats and more room.

The price is per car, not per person, so coordinating a shared booking with flatmates or coursemates genuinely brings the individual cost down compared to everyone booking separately.

Your flight is tracked, so the pickup follows your actual landing time rather than the scheduled one — helpful if this is your first time navigating an unfamiliar airport and everything, from immigration to baggage claim, takes longer than expected. The driver's name, phone number and licence plate are sent before pickup, so you know who you're looking for once you're through arrivals.

Payment is by card, or by wallet and other eligible methods, before the trip — no cash needed on arrival in a country where you may not yet have local currency. If you need a receipt for a scholarship, a reimbursement or your own records, one with the VAT line is available whether the trip is booked as a private traveller or through a university department.
