Each car is its own fixed price, shown before you book, so a two-car family departure is simply the sum of two individual fares rather than a special group rate. Split it however makes sense within the family, or book both under one payment method if that's simpler for whoever's organising the trip.

Each car has its own driver, with a name, phone number and licence plate sent before pickup for both bookings, so you'll know exactly who to look for and which car is which when they arrive. 45 minutes of free waiting applies to each pickup individually, once each driver confirms arrival.

If any family members need a child seat, mention it on whichever booking that child is travelling on — each car is treated as its own trip with its own requirements confirmed in advance, rather than assumptions carried over from one booking to the other.

Payment for each car is handled separately at booking, by card or another eligible method, so splitting the cost between family members simply means each person or household pays for the car they're actually assigned to. Free cancellation more than 12 hours before pickup, refunded in full, applies to each booking individually as well, in case one part of a large family departure changes plans while the rest stays fixed.
