It's a multi-level terminal building purpose-built for long-distance coaches, adjoining Stockholm Central but with its own separate entrances and platforms. Long-distance coaches to other Swedish cities generally use this terminal rather than street-side stops, so if your ticket names Cityterminalen, that's a specific building you're heading to — not just "somewhere near Central Station".

The trip from Arlanda into central Stockholm takes a variable amount of time depending on traffic, so a coach with a fixed departure doesn't leave much room for surprises. Give yourself a real buffer — passport control and baggage claim first, then the drive into the city, then finding your specific platform inside the terminal, which itself takes a few minutes if you haven't been there before.
