There's nothing unusual about a booking made by someone other than the passenger — your relatives in Sweden can book your pickup using their own contact details and card, entering your flight number and the arrival address as normal. The driver's name, phone number and licence plate get sent before pickup to whichever contact was given at booking, so confirm with your host that those details will reach you — either directly, or forwarded from them once they receive it.
