Cruise Groups: Sharing a Car to the Ship

Standard, Electric and Business cars seat up to 4 passengers with a 6-unit luggage budget — 2 large bags + 2 cabin bags, or 4 cabin bags. SUV / XL seats up to 6 with a 10-unit budget and up to 4 large cases. Minibus seats up to 8 with an 18-unit budget — enough for a genuinely full cruise-sized load of large suitcases without anyone holding a bag on their lap.

A large case counts as two luggage units and a cabin bag as one, against a single combined budget per category rather than a separate limit for each type of bag — which matters for cruise groups specifically, since embarkation-day luggage tends to run heavier than a normal trip.

The fixed price covers the whole vehicle for the route, not a per-passenger fare. A group of six sharing an SUV / XL pays the same fixed price whether all six seats are full or not — splitting it between the group works out considerably better per person than each pair booking a separate car.

Count passengers first, then estimate the luggage honestly — cruise packing runs bigger than a typical city trip. A group of five or six needs the SUV / XL at least, and with a stroller and a couple of large suitcases each it is quickly past the SUV / XL's four large cases — a larger group, or one with heavy cruise luggage, is what the Minibus exists for.

If your group is larger than eight, or your luggage genuinely won't fit even the Minibus's budget, book two vehicles against the same flight and pickup point rather than trying to squeeze everything into one — each is priced independently, so there's no penalty for splitting.

One person can book on behalf of the whole group, entering the total passenger count and combined luggage so the right category is chosen upfront. Give us the arriving flight number and the pickup time follows the group's actual landing, so nobody's waiting around at the rank while everyone else clears passport control.
