Child seats for ages 0–3 can be requested at booking — tell us the child's age when you book and the right seat is fitted before pickup. This is worth doing as early as you can rather than as an afterthought, since it's confirmed ahead of time rather than something to sort out at the kerb with a tired toddler and a ship to catch.

Cruise packing for a family runs heavier than a typical city trip — swimwear, formal-night clothes, kids' gear, and often a stroller on top of the usual suitcases. Every vehicle category has one combined luggage budget: Standard, Electric and Business carry 4 passengers and 6 units (2 large bags + 2 cabin bags, or 4 cabin bags); SUV / XL carries 6 passengers and 10 units, with up to 4 large cases; Minibus carries 8 passengers and 18 units, with up to 8 large cases. A large case counts as two units, a cabin bag as one.

A stroller or travel cot doesn't fit neatly into that arithmetic, so mention it in your booking notes rather than trying to account for it as a luggage unit — we confirm before pickup that the car we're sending has room for it.

A family of four with two large cases and two cabin bags fits a Standard, Electric or Business car exactly. Add a stroller, more suitcases, or a fifth or sixth person and the SUV / XL is usually the better fit — six seats and more luggage room, with the stroller confirmed separately. Larger families or two families cruising together are what the Minibus exists for.

Give us the flight number and the pickup follows the actual landing time, so there's no rush through arrivals with children in tow. Your driver's name, phone number and licence plate arrive before pickup, so there's a specific car to look for rather than working the arrivals hall trying to spot an unmarked taxi.
