Stockholm Cruise Terminal to Arlanda: The Turnaround-Day Transfer

Stockholm's cruise calls use three named terminals — Frihamnen and Värtahamnen, both northeast of the city centre, and Stadsgården, closer in and within walking distance of Gamla Stan. Distance and journey time to Arlanda differ a little between them, generally in the range of 45 to 60 minutes depending on the terminal and traffic, so it's worth entering the exact one you're at rather than "Stockholm cruise terminal" generically.

When you book, your driver is sent to the specific terminal and pickup point you enter — the same as any other address in our service area.

Because your ship is already docked, there's no live tracking equivalent to flight data on the pickup side — the pickup time is the one you book, so it pays to build in a sensible buffer against whichever deadline you're working to. For a flight out of Arlanda, that means the usual advice for international departures: arrive with enough time for check-in and security ahead of your gate closing. For a reboarding deadline, work backwards from the ship's stated final boarding time with room to spare — cruise lines are typically strict about it, and a missed reboarding isn't something a taxi can fix after the fact.

2. Choose the vehicle category that fits your group and luggage; the fixed price appears before you commit.
3. If you're working to a flight, add the flight number so we can advise realistic timing against it, even though the pickup itself is a fixed time rather than tracked.
4. Pay by card to confirm. Your driver's name, phone number and licence plate arrive 90 minutes before pickup.
