Within each group, split further by size: a couple with normal luggage fits a Standard car, while three or four guests with a weekend's worth of bags may need SUV/XL.

Each car booked has its own fixed price, shown before you pay — there's no group discount or surcharge for booking several trips from the same event, and nothing to split between guests afterwards if one person organises and pays for the group.

Free cancellation applies up to 12 hours before pickup, refunded in full, so if a guest's flight moves or someone decides to stay an extra night, that one booking can be adjusted without affecting the rest of the group's cars.

For a group this size, it usually works best if one person takes charge of collecting everyone's flight details and booking the cars, rather than leaving each guest to sort out their own transport independently. That doesn't mean one person has to pay for everyone — bookings can be split however the group prefers — but having one coordinator avoids two guests accidentally booking overlapping cars, or a quieter guest being left to figure it out alone.

If the event has a clear end time — checkout at a set hour, for instance — that's a natural point to ask guests for their flight details, giving the coordinator enough lead time to book everything properly rather than scrambling the morning everyone's leaving.
