If check-out or an early breakfast changes your exact timing, that's the kind of detail worth adding to the notes too.

You're sent your driver's name, phone number and licence plate before pickup, so if you're standing in the lobby at an early hour and want reassurance the car is on its way, that number is there to call directly rather than wondering. It's a short, quiet trip for the driver too — arriving a few minutes early to a hotel entrance in the dark is entirely normal on this route.
