Buying Duty Free at Arlanda with a Connection Ahead

Duty-free liquids bought at Arlanda travel fine if your next stop is your final destination, or another airport inside the EU's liquid-screening arrangement — but if your connection routes through security again outside that arrangement, particularly at a hub outside the EU, those bottles can be confiscated at the connection, sealed bag or not.

Why a sealed bag doesn't always protect you
The security-approved sealed bags used for duty-free liquids are recognised for transfers within certain regions and agreements — largely within the EU and a number of partner countries — but not universally.
