What if the key handover runs late and pushes my pickup?

Changing the pickup time on the same day and route is free, subject to a car being available. Contact us as soon as you know the handover is running late rather than waiting until the original pickup time.

How much luggage can one car take for a one-way emigration move?

Each vehicle category has a stated luggage budget shown before you book. If you're carrying more than a normal holiday's worth — several large cases, boxes, a bike — check the category's capacity, or mention the load in the booking notes and we'll confirm what fits.

Can I book the ride days in advance and change the time later?

Yes — book as early as you like once you know your flight, and adjust the pickup time closer to the day as your last-day schedule firms up.

Is there a cost to cancelling if my departure date changes?

Cancelling more than 12 hours before pickup is free and refunded in full. Inside 12 hours, contact us as soon as you know and we'll do what we can.

Can family or friends ride along to see me off?
