If flights are genuinely spread across a few hours, it's often simpler to book the car around whoever's flight is earliest and plan check-in from there, rather than trying to time it to the average.

A larger friend group — five, six or more heading home the same week — sometimes exceeds even the Minibus category's capacity once everyone's real luggage is counted, especially at the end of a year abroad when belongings have accumulated. If that's your situation, two cars booked for the same time and pickup point is the straightforward answer, and each one still carries its own fixed price shown before you pay.

Whoever books should share the driver's details — name, phone number and licence plate, sent before pickup — with the rest of the group, so everyone knows what to look for even if they didn't make the booking themselves. It's also worth agreeing how the price will actually be split and settled before the day, so that part is sorted well before anyone's standing at the pickup point with luggage.
