If you're not certain your equipment fits within a category's budget, mention it in the booking notes with a rough sense of size and weight, and we confirm before pickup rather than leaving it to be discovered at the kerb.

A job site isn't always a conventional street address — it might be a facility with its own entrance, a specific gate, or a location best described alongside a contact on site. Enter the most specific address you have, and use the notes field for anything that helps the driver find the right entrance once they're in the area.
