Business Travellers from the UAE

Business is one of our standard vehicle categories, seating four passengers with a combined luggage budget the same as Standard and Electric — the difference is the level of vehicle sent, chosen specifically for travellers who want that standard as part of the trip. Select it when you book, the same way you'd select any other category.

Whether your flight is direct from Dubai or Abu Dhabi, or routed through a connecting hub, give us the flight number for your final leg into Arlanda and we track it live. Your pickup follows the actual landing time regardless of how the earlier stages of a longer journey went.

Choose the company receipt option at booking and enter your company's details, and the receipt afterward shows the price and VAT line clearly. Bookings are prepaid by card, along with wallets, Klarna and Link where eligible, so payment is settled before you travel rather than arranged at the kerb.

If you're travelling with colleagues on the same flight, the Business category's four-seat capacity may not be enough for a larger group — SUV/XL or Minibus give more room while still being booked as a single, coordinated trip rather than splitting across separate cars.

If you're also arranging your departure, book that transfer against your outbound flight's scheduled time, in the same Business category if that's your preference for the whole trip — free cancellation up to 12 hours before pickup covers it if your schedule changes.

There's no need to wait until you've landed to arrange this — book your Arlanda arrival, and your return departure if you know the dates, from wherever you are before you travel. Everything is confirmed and prepaid before you set off, so nothing needs to be arranged once you're in Sweden.
