From an Airport Hotel to an Early City Meeting

This isn't an arrival transfer — you're not coming from a flight, you're moving from an airport hotel to a city address. Book it as a custom point-to-point journey with the hotel as the pickup and your meeting address (or a nearby address) as the drop-off, rather than trying to route it through the arrivals flow.

Since there's no flight to track for this leg, book it the evening before once you know your morning schedule, rather than waiting until you're already up and pressed for time. A fixed pickup time works well here precisely because there's no flight variability to account for — the timing is entirely in your control.

Most hotels near Arlanda are close enough to the airport that the drive into central Stockholm takes roughly half an hour to three quarters, depending on traffic and the exact hotel and destination — the fixed price and the route are shown before you book, so you'll see the specific journey for your addresses rather than a general estimate. For an early meeting, book earlier than you think you need to rather than cutting it close against morning traffic.

If you're flying out of Arlanda later that same day or the next, that's a separate departure booking once your meeting schedule wraps up — the hotel-to-city leg and the eventual departure transfer are two different bookings, each priced for its own route.
