Stockholm is served by more than one airport, and low-cost carriers in particular sometimes fly into one that's a fair distance from where the name suggests. If you've booked a flight to "Stockholm" and only later realised it isn't landing at Arlanda, you're not the first, and it's easy enough to sort out once you know which airport you're actually flying into.

Which Stockholm airport is which
Arlanda is the main international airport for Stockholm, roughly north of the city, and the one most long-haul and full-service airlines use. Bromma is a smaller airport closer to central Stockholm, used mainly for domestic and some short regional routes. Some budget carriers also market flights as "Stockholm" while actually landing considerably further away, at an airport that carries the city's name commercially but sits in a different part of the country.
Checking your booking confirmation for the actual three-letter airport code, and looking it up, is the fastest way to know for certain which one you're flying into — airline marketing names aren't always a reliable guide.
