Travelling together to the same address
If several of you are landing on the same flight, or close together, and heading to the same accommodation, one larger vehicle for the group is usually the more practical option — one fixed price for the car rather than several separate bookings for people going to exactly the same place.
Give the full housing address when you book, including anything the driver needs to find the right building — a farm name, a gate code, a specific block if the address covers a larger site. Employer-arranged housing isn't always well mapped, so the more precise the address, the less chance of a wrong turn at the end of a long travel day.

Luggage for a season, not a weekend
Seasonal work usually means packing for months, not a short trip — work boots, warm and cold-weather layers, sometimes tools or bedding an employer told you to bring. That adds up to more luggage per person than a typical arrival, so size the vehicle category to the bags as much as to the headcount.
If your employer is paying
Some employers cover the transfer directly, either by booking it themselves or by reimbursing you against a receipt. Either way works: if the employer books, they receive the confirmation and receipt; if you book and claim it back, your receipt shows the price with the VAT line separated, made out to you or to the company as needed.
