Kit bags count toward the vehicle's combined luggage budget the same as any other bag — a large kit bag generally counts as two units, a smaller one as one. List the actual number and rough size of kit bags in your booking notes alongside player count, so the right split and vehicle categories are confirmed before you fly rather than discovered at the kerb.

Each vehicle you book gets its own receipt, showing the price and VAT line separately, made out to the club or to whoever is paying. If the squad splits across two or three cars, that's two or three receipts to reconcile — straightforward for a club's expenses process, since each one lines up cleanly with one vehicle and one trip.

Give the club's own details when you book if the receipt needs to be made out that way, rather than to an individual — that's a standard receipt request, not a separate arrangement.
