It's a step up in vehicle and presentation from our Standard category: a more premium car and a driver dressed accordingly, booked and priced the same way as any other category — chosen at booking, with the full price shown before you pay. It carries exactly the same guarantees as every other car we send: the same flight tracking, the same waiting time, the same cancellation terms. Nothing about those changes because you've chosen a nicer car.

It isn't a limousine hire, and we don't promise a specific make or model — the category is a standard of vehicle and presentation, not a named car you can pick from a list. If the occasion calls for a particular detail — flowers on the seat, a sign with a name, a specific route past a landmark — mention it in the booking notes and we'll tell you honestly what's possible, rather than assume it's included because the category sounds premium.

• Use the notes field to say what the trip is for — a driver briefed that it's an anniversary pickup behaves differently to one expecting a routine fare
• If you're meeting someone off a flight, book the arrival leg and add their flight number so the pickup follows their actual landing
• A booking is one pickup and one drop-off — if the evening has a second address, book it as its own trip rather than assume a stop along the way
