Booking a Förare Ride: Route, Time and Flight, Pay

Enter your pickup and drop-off — for most trips, that's Arlanda on one end and an address in Stockholm or Uppsala on the other, though point-to-point trips within the service area work the same way. Set your pickup date and time — remembering that it's always Stockholm local time, see the guide on booking from a different time zone if you're arranging this from abroad. If you're flying, add your flight number here: on an arrival, this is what lets your pickup follow your actual landing time rather than a fixed clock time, so it's worth adding even if you're not sure it will change anything.

The fixed price for your vehicle, route and any extras is shown before you pay — this is the final figure, with 6% VAT included, for the whole car, not per person. Payment is by card, and other methods where eligible. Once payment is authorised, you receive a booking confirmation with a reference — that's the point your contract with us is formed.
