No Flight Number Yet? Booking an Arrival Anyway

Enter your best estimate of the pickup time based on when you expect to land, and complete the booking as normal — route, category, payment. The fixed price is shown and charged the same way whether or not the flight number field is filled in; it isn't a required field to complete a booking.

As soon as your flight is confirmed, contact support or update the booking with the flight number. The earlier you add it before your pickup, the more useful it is — ideally with at least a day or two to spare, though adding it the evening before still gives tracking time to work from.

Without a flight number, your pickup is fixed to the clock time you set at booking, not to your actual landing. If your flight lands late — a common enough occurrence — nobody is watching for that delay on our side, and your driver will be working from the original time you entered rather than your real arrival. That's the entire value a flight number unlocks, so it's worth adding as soon as you're able to.

A flight number added later only tracks the flight it's attached to — if you end up on a different flight altogether, update the number again rather than assume the old one still applies. Book the arrival with your best estimate now, put a reminder to yourself for whenever the flight is normally confirmed for your kind of booking, and add the number the moment it's available. That way the car itself is secured early, and the one detail that actually depends on the airline is added as soon as it genuinely can be, rather than holding up the whole booking until everything is settled.
