Didn't Get Your Confirmation Email?
Updated 3 min read
You've booked, paid, and closed the tab — and then no email arrives. It's an uncomfortable few minutes wondering whether the booking actually went through. In the large majority of cases, it did, and the email is simply somewhere you haven't looked yet.

Check spam and promotions first
This is where a missing confirmation lands more often than anywhere else — automated transactional emails sometimes get filtered even from legitimate senders. Check your spam or junk folder, and if your email client has a separate promotions or updates tab, check there too before assuming anything's wrong.
Check the email address you actually entered
A single mistyped character in the address is enough for the email to go nowhere and for you to never know. If you're not certain the address was entered correctly, that's the most likely explanation for a genuinely missing confirmation — worth thinking back to whether you typed it carefully or auto-filled something that might have been wrong.
If payment was taken but no confirmation ever turns up
Check your bank or card statement — if a charge for the booking is there, the booking exists regardless of whether the email has surfaced. Contact support with the approximate time you booked, the route, and your payment reference or the last few digits of the card used. That's enough for us to locate the booking, confirm it directly with you, and correct the email address on file so future messages, including your driver's details, actually reach you.
If no charge appears on your statement at all, the booking most likely didn't complete, and it's worth simply booking again rather than waiting on an email that was never going to arrive.
Peace of mind before your travel day
If you're still uneasy even after checking spam and your statement, contact support directly and ask us to confirm the booking verbally or in a fresh message — there's no harm in double-checking, and it's far better to resolve the uncertainty a day or two before travel than to be wondering about it on the morning itself. A quick call is usually all it takes to put the question to rest.

Questions people ask before booking
I didn't get a confirmation email — did my booking actually go through?
In most cases, yes. Check spam and any promotions folder first, since that's the most common place a missing confirmation turns up. Payment being authorised is what confirms the booking, regardless of whether the email has been found yet.
What if my email address was entered wrong?
Contact support with your payment reference or card details' last few digits and the approximate time you booked — we can locate the booking and update the email address so future communications reach you.
How do I contact support if I don't have a booking reference?
Give us the approximate time you booked, the route, and how you paid — that's usually enough for support to find the booking even without the reference number to hand.
Will I still get my driver's details if I never found the confirmation email?
Yes, as long as the phone number on the booking is correct — driver details are sent by SMS as well as email before pickup.
How long after booking should I expect the confirmation?
It's sent immediately once payment is authorised. If a reasonable amount of time has passed with nothing in spam or your inbox, contact support to check.
