No Terminal Fee: Why the Airport Price Is the Price

The fixed price shown before you book covers the driver, the vehicle, fuel, road and congestion charges on the route, and any airport access charges the trip involves. All of that is folded into the one number you see and agree to — there's no separate line that gets added once you're at the terminal or once the trip is underway.

It's a fair thing to be specific about because it's exactly the kind of charge that erodes trust when it appears unexpectedly — a price that looked reasonable when you booked, then grew by the time you actually paid. The whole point of a fixed price shown before you book is that this can't happen: the number doesn't have room in it for anything to be added afterward, at the terminal or anywhere else.

You book, you see one price, you pay that price. Nothing about arriving at a specific terminal, being picked up from a designated point, or the route the driver takes to get there changes what you already paid. If your card was charged the figure you saw at checkout, that's the whole transaction — there's no second charge waiting at the other end.
